NCB WebCam is one of the products offered by Network Communications Business International (NCB).

NCB was founded in 2003, in an effort to provide new and advanced ways of communication for business and personal use. Having recognized that tight budgets and soaring travel costs had stimulated a renewed interest in video-conferencing, NCB responded to the challenge with its Internet-based solutions.

The underlying video conferencing technology—although quite sophisticated—does not have any extensive hardware requirements. Typically, an up-to-date computer system with a webcam and a microphone-equipped headset is all that's needed.
